How To Enter The Competition
Entering the competition is quick and easy, and absolutely no purchase is necessary. Simply visit our stand during the event dates and complete the short process below:
Step 1: Locate Tooling Intelligence Limited at Stand 3/L72, The Health and Safety Event, NEC Birmingham.
Step 2: Scan your RFID Tag at the machine.
Step 3: Scan your visitors badge.
Step 4: Select the ENTER COMPETITION option on the display.
Please note that only one entry is permitted per person. The competition is exclusively open to individuals aged 18 years or over. The winner will be chosen by random selection on 5 May 2026 and will be notified via email or phone within 5 working days.
Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Tooling Intelligence Limited, located at Unit K5, Holly Farm Business Park, Honiley, Warwickshire, CV8 1NP, UK.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over, except employees of the promoter, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition.
3. Entry Period
The competition opens on 28th April 2026 and closes at 30th April 2026.
Entries received after this time will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must;
- Locate Tooling Intelligence Limited at Stand 3/L72, The Health and Safety Event, NEC Birmingham.
- Scan RFID Tag
- Scan visitors badge
- Select ENTER COMPETITION
No purchase is necessary to enter.
5. Entry Requirements
- Only one entry per person (unless otherwise stated).
- Entries must be complete and submitted in accordance with these terms.
- The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete, inappropriate, or fraudulent entries.
6. Prize
The prize is one “SupplyBay”, inventory management device.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
7. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected random selection on 5th May 2026.
If applicable, judging will be carried out by an independent panel or the promoter.
8. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via email and/or phone, within 5 working days of the closing date.
If the winner does not respond within 10 working days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
9. Publicity
By entering the competition, participants agree that the promoter may use their name and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Data Protection
Any personal data supplied will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the promoter’s privacy policy.
11. Liability
The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical fault or any other reason beyond its control.
12. General
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms where necessary.
- The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
