Control inventory factorywide

Like the convenience of SupplyPro tracking your materials but still have several items too large to put in a device? No problem with the SupplyPro Virtual Inventory Module (VIM). VIM allows clients with SupplyLink™'s to track transactions for products not physically within a SupplyPro device. With proper user participation, items are easily tracked with full SupplyPort™ reporting capabilities and business rules.

How it works

  • Materials are “loaded” into the VIM location for selection by users
  • User logs into SupplyLink™ and chooses an item
  • SupplyLink™ screen then shows users where the item is stored (rack, bin, shelf, closet, etc)
  • Transaction is recorded in SupplyPort™
  • All transactions are available in reports from SupplyPort™
  • All standard ordering rules and inventory alerts can apply to items loaded in VIM
  • Secure transaction capture in the event of an Internet failure using “store forward” technology
  • Items selected in error can be easily returned
  • Servers hosted by AT&T at their regional operations centre
  • Plug and Go technology!

  • VIM is a special module for SupplyPro customers with SupplyLink™
  • All standard SupplyPort™ reporting, ordering, business rules, permissions, and product characteristics apply
  • SupplyLink™’s “Find Elsewhere” feature can be used to maximize VIM visibility
  • VIM storage locations can be assigned by the system or custom named by the administrator
